Committee gives preliminary approval to Villas at Lake Arrowhead condominium plat, requires corrections

The Adams County Planning and Zoning Committee granted preliminary approval to the preliminary plat for the Villas at Lake Arrowhead condominium, with staff noting several naming and technical corrections are required for condominium recordings. Planning and Zoning Director Dusty (staff) told the committee that condominium plats have specific naming requirements and that the packet included both required components for condominium approval. The committee approved the preliminary plat on the condition that the developer correct the naming errors and return the finalized documents for signature and final review. Committee members moved and seconded the preliminary approval; the approval carried on a roll-call vote (Dozall, Taylor, Thiessen, Gilner and Carviglio recorded yes votes). Staff indicated the item will return before the committee when final documents are ready.
