Committee approves final plat pending minor correction; county signature held until correction is made

The Adams County Planning and Zoning Committee approved a final plat subject to a single minor correction and required state re-submittal. Planning staff told the committee that the plat does not currently require a zoning change for the parcel in question and that staff will not sign the final documents until the correction is made and all signatures are returned. Planning and Zoning Director Dusty (staff) said the applicant returned the plat to the state after the correction and that approval by the committee authorizes staff to sign when the corrected, fully signed copies are available. Committee member John moved to approve the final plat; the motion was seconded by Don.
