The county district attorney's office received commissioner approval to apply for $111,927 in Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) funding for RASA and VOGO victim services programs for 2026.
The Lebanon County District Attorney's Office told commissioners Aug. 7 it will apply for $111,927 in Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) funding to support victims'rights and juvenile victims services during calendar year 2026.
First Assistant District Attorney Brian L. Dietrich described the application as two streams totaling $111,927: $82,064 under the RASA (Rights and Services Act) program and $29,863 under VOGO (Victims of Juvenile Offenders Grant). Dietrich said the amount represents the same award as the prior year but reflects a 5% decrease compared with the earlier grant cycle and that salaries and benefits are the primary budget drivers.
Dietrich asked the board to approve submission of the application; commissioners approved the request by voice vote and instructed staff to provide the required signature pages for submission. The grant application deadline is Aug. 22, and Dietrich said he expected to finalize the budget in the next week to 10 days.
