School committee approves moving forward with Select solar projects for two Methuen schools

The committee’s 6–1 roll-call vote authorized staff to continue contract discussions and send the projects to the City Council and mayor for the city-level approvals those city-owned buildings require. Member Maxwell cast the lone no vote.
