The panel found Canada in violation of multiple supervision conditions and revoked parole, but members emphasized the need for substance‑abuse treatment and ordered that treatment be made available while he is in DOC custody. One board member noted the victim had called and stated continuing fear.
The board advised Canada about procedures to request a rehearing after pending court matters are resolved.
