Commissioners encouraged the applicant to provide additional documentation in advance of the continued hearing and noted the application would be fully considered when a sufficient number of voting commissioners are present.
The applicant agreed to return with a fuller materials package; the commission set a continuation and instructed staff to ensure adequate attendance by commissioners at the next hearing. The applicant and staff also discussed scheduling options and the risk that related approvals and variance windows could lapse while the matter is continued.
