Because one commissioner recused herself from this item and there was concern about quorum for a binding vote, the commission formally continued the item to the next available meeting so the full set of commissioners can review the additional materials. The applicant and staff discussed scheduling and a return date was set; the commission advised bringing a physical sample or detailed scaled photographs to the continuance.
