Commissioners authorize chairman to sign perpetual easement for Henson Road turnaround

A commissioner moved to authorize the chairman to sign the Henson Road easement. The board held a voice vote; the chair called for the vote and declared, “All in favor? Aye. Alright. Motion carries.” Eugenas said the document can be signed after the absent commissioner returns if the board prefers, and staff noted the easement is not a time-sensitive construction project.
No additional conditions or amendments were recorded. County staff will proceed to obtain the chairman’s signature on the perpetual easement document.
