Setbacks presented in the staff report include 125 feet from the centerline of Cobham Road, 75 feet from the centerline of local roads, 10 feet for side property lines and 25 feet from rear property lines. Staff noted no dedicated open space is required in this zoning and that construction was not complete at the time of the hearing; staff recommended approval.
A commissioner moved to approve the final plat, another seconded, and the motion carried by voice vote. The commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for final action.
