The board approved the parking-lot channel-letter sign as submitted; it approved the Highland Avenue sign with conditions that the fixture be dimmable, that its lighting level be set to match adjacent signs, and that the copy in the oval panel be centered; the board approved the pylon sign on the condition that its background color match the two adjacent signs.
