Staff presentation and recommendation: In a staff presentation, Marcia Miller, a planner with the county, summarized the request (comp plan amendment ACP-06-25-00125 and ZLDR amendment ZLDR-06-25-00134) to change Tax Map Serial (TMS) number 313-00-00-179 from limited commercial to mixed use within the Johns Island Maybank Highway Corridor overlay.
