Public questions addressed scheduling and accessibility: county staff said paving and related work is specified for weekend or night work and should be completed in one weekend for paving with a possible second weekend for striping and curb‑stop installation. The work includes adding handicap parking spaces along the frontage next to the ramp; staff said the spaces are incorporated without eliminating regular stalls and that the work also covers a small WSU parking area.
Commissioners moved and approved the contract by voice vote; staff said maps and additional layout information were available to the board.
