Homewood council approves lease with Dawson Memorial Baptist Church for Oxmoor Road parking deck, insurance approval required

The Homewood City Council authorized the city manager to enter a lease agreement with Dawson Memorial Baptist Church for use of the parking deck on Oxmoor Road, voting to approve the lease conditional on the city’s insurance department signing off. We're just making sure the insurance approves it," Smith said.
