Facilities staff say township rejection forced milling and paving at Richboro Elementary; change orders reported

Facilities staff told the Council Rock School District Facilities Committee on Thursday that Richboro Elementary School required a follow-up change order after the township rejected the contractor’s pavement-marking removal method.
