The board assigned Wendy to the policy committee and said Wendy will receive invitations and meeting packets; policy committee meetings are typically the third Thursday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., and members noted most committee members attend by Zoom.
The board did not take a formal roll‑call vote; members stated agreement and the schedule will be published in community communications. Board members also discussed which meetings will be “informational” versus meetings intended for decisions, and agreed to add the finalized calendar to the board agenda for distribution to the public.
