Onslow Schools begins qualifications process for new southern elementary under state procurement law

Gardner framed the presentation as informational and asked board members to be aware of the procurement steps; she said staff will coordinate the next steps with county partners as the project advances.
No formal selection or contract award occurred at the meeting; Gardner said staff would present a recommended firm to the board once qualifications are evaluated.
