Council adopts New River Valley Hazard Mitigation Plan update and sets Sept. 9 public hearings on several items

Blacksburg Town Council approved by motion a modified consent agenda that included adoption of the New River Valley Hazard Mitigation Plan 2025 update and scheduled public hearings for several budget and permit items on Sept. 9.
