Board accepts general-consent donations; Homebuilders Association support noted for construction program

"That is outstanding," said Mr. Allen, noting the value of trade and construction programs. The presenter said, verbatim: "Last year, we got $72,000 getting started. 45 this year, and next year should be another $4.05," and told the board the source was the RC Foundation. The general-consent block was approved on a roll-call vote: Dr. Williams, Mrs. Taylor, Dr. Brandy Roulette (abstained on a separate item earlier), Mr. John Cockrell and Mr. Allen recorded votes as indicated during roll call.
