The Plainfield Community School Corporation Board of Trustees approved a slate of consent items at its Aug. 7 meeting, covering meeting minutes, records of recent executive sessions and several district contracts and project participations. The consent agenda listed: records of the July 8 executive session, the July 10 work session, minutes of the July 10 board meeting and the July 14 executive session; approval of a special education professional contract; PCMS use of ECA funds for chair mats; Brentwood and Clarks Creek storage unit construction contract; and project attendance participation for 2025 and 2026. A trustee asked whether any item should be pulled; none were, and the board approved the consent items by voice vote. No additional discussion or public comment was recorded about the consent items during the meeting.
