A presenter from Morningside said Lee has shown progress in workplace interactions and routines during several months of coaching and that the placement emphasizes continuity and social connection in addition to the job tasks. Morningside staff encouraged committee members and providers to view the short videos and materials to better understand on-the-job supports and inclusion strategies used in the placement.
