Council members on July 21 directed residents to information about the Clark Public Schools bond referendum scheduled for Sept. 16 and said the school district presents the referendum materials on its website.

Council member Hoff pointed residents to the school districts website (clarkschools.org) and said the referendum flyer and materials explain that the bond is structured "with no additional school tax burden." Hoff encouraged residents to view the bond information via the districts website menu and the boards published flyer.

No council votes were required on the school referendum at the meeting; council members limited their remarks to encouraging public review of the materials and public participation in the referendum process.
