Committee-report change: the superintendent and staff described creating separate governing bodies in BoardDocs so committee liaisons can upload minutes and reports that will then be attached to meeting agendas. The plan, administrators said, will let committee liaisons enter reports directly and would make the committee-report portion of the meeting briefer because members will have reviewed attachments in advance.

Why it matters: administrators said the delay is intended to prevent publishing obsolete information and to ensure moderated user access and social-media linkages are set up for staff. Board members will receive training on the newsletter and communication tools, and principals and department leads will have access to a professional newsletter platform (S'more) to share building-level updates.
