Commissioners asked whether the funds were a recurring budget item; staff confirmed the $120,000 contribution has been made in recent budgets and that the airport frequently uses federal grants for capital projects but relies on local contributions for operations.
The municipal order passed on a roll call vote with all members present voting aye.
