The base fee cited in the meeting was $37,000; staff estimated total expenses and travel would likely keep the full cost under $50,000.
The city clerk called the roll for approval; Commissioners Henderson, Smith, Thomas and Wilson and Mayor Bridal each voted “Aye.” The municipal order passed and the city will execute the agreement and begin the search process in coordination with the Hotel Metropolitan and Uptown Heritage Foundation.
