The North Dakota Public Service Commission announced a combined formal hearing for two Highland Crude siding cases to be held at 8 a.m. tomorrow at Teddy’s Residential Suites in Watford City.

Commission staff said the hearing will cover case PUD-25-83 (Gullickson Reroute Project) and case PUD-25-84 (Highland Express Spine Pipeline). The commission expects company witnesses to testify on both cases and for the hearing to move into public comment after witness testimony.

The announcement was made during the commission’s July 2 meeting. Commissioners and staff reminded participants to consult the docket for procedural details and noted the commission’s next regular meeting is scheduled for July 16.
