Vice Chair Kaler moved to report the bill favorably, and the motion passed on a roll call vote of 7-0. Chair Schafer, Vice Chair Kaler, Ranking Member Hicks Hudson, Senator Landis, Senator Liston, Senator Manchester and Senator Reynolds voted "yes." The clerk recorded the tally as 7-0.
