Commission corrects cross-reference in Act 934, replacing incorrect penalty section citation

The commission voted to change the cross‑reference; Representative Shepherd seconded the motion.
Staff said the February 2019 amendment had previously moved penalties between subsections, which likely produced the drafting error. Commissioners instructed staff to implement the correction in the supplement and online codification.
