The committee approved adding Aug. 12 and approved Friday event hours of 4:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. and Saturday event hours of 10 a.m.–4 p.m. for the dates listed in the application.
Procedure and recordkeeping: Committee members and counsel noted the online application interface may have limited fields and suggested the clerk maintain the hand‑initialed amendment and the applicant initialed a handwritten change at the meeting to memorialize the amended schedule. The committee voted on each amendment separately and approved the changes by roll call.
Outcome: The application as amended will be reflected in the clerk’s record; the committee asked staff to ensure the event dates and hours are reflected on the license and on event notifications to police and other departments.
