The board also approved a $7,500 final payment for 304 Jefferson St. Staff said the owner replaced windows as part of the rehabilitation grant; staff noted the property’s exterior color was changed to black, which was not part of the grant scope.
A board member praised the investor activity along Jefferson Street and said the improvements have transformed part of the block; the board recorded motions to approve both payouts by voice vote.
