County staff described the MOU as an agreement that, following county regulated drain reconstruction and subsequent property development, the county will vacate the regulated tile located on the property once it is no longer needed. “This board has historically always vacated tile lines when they're no longer needed as development occurs,” a staff member said, and recommended approval.
A board member moved to approve the MOU; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote with no public comment.
