Staff said the exterior corner sign is being refabricated and will be reinstalled soon. All county departments have completed their moves to Bennett except one special department — the Attorney General’s office — which staff said will relocate this fall but with no firm date set. Staff reported they conducted a walkthrough with the contractor to document outstanding punch-list items and that most interior moving activity will slow significantly as departments settle into the new location.
Regarding the treasurer’s drive-up box, staff provided location details for constituents: visitors enter the upper deck of the Bennett parking lot, turn right and find the drop box mounted on a post near the guard station; users can then exit the lot. Staff also noted interior wayfinding signage should reduce navigation confusion once installed.
The committee did not take formal action; staff will continue coordination with the contractor on outstanding items and signage installation.
