At the start of the June meeting the panel approved the June agenda and the May minutes.
Panel Chair Cornelia Stevens asked for a motion to approve the June agenda. "May I please have a motion to approve the June agenda as presented?" Stevens asked. Kathy Bray moved to approve the June agenda; Karen McCrory seconded. Stevens called for a thumbs-up for those in favor; no opposition was recorded.
Stevens then asked for a motion to approve the May minutes. Heather Schoepberger moved to approve the May minutes as presented; Kim Kennedy seconded. The panel approved the minutes by the same thumbs-up procedure; no opposition was recorded.
These procedural approvals were the only formal votes recorded in the public portion of the meeting.
