Warren County approves consent agenda, payroll removals, new hires and abatements; claims total $280,507.25

Warren County supervisors on Aug. 5 approved the consent agenda, which included meeting minutes, personnel changes, tax abatements and a claims batch totaling $280,507.25. Personnel actions listed on the consent agenda included payroll removal for Craig Douglas as a security officer in the sheriff's office effective July 29, 2025; received-and-filed new hire Jonathan Livermore as conservation ecologist effective Aug. 4, 2025; and step increases for Preston West (motor grader operator II, effective Aug. 1), Kenny Cokane (equipment operator I, effective Aug. 8) and Luke McKinney (equipment operator I, effective Aug. 15). Tax abatements on the consent agenda included mobile home tax abatements (VIN R255361, $82 plus accrued interest; VIN 11268779, $1,336 plus accrued interest) and a special assessment tax abatement of $5,584 on Parcel 63147000830.
