Camino also announced an internal personnel promotion: Judith has been promoted to planner in the City of Socorro’s planning and zoning department. No formal actions were taken; the item was informational.
Staff said the April 2026 letting date remains the target but may change, and the city will notify stakeholders if dates shift.
