The Pennsylvania County Planning Commission on Aug. 5 recommended approval of a special-use permit allowing Juan and Dor Hernandez to place a double-wide manufactured home on a 2.23-acre lot on State Road 845/Hinesville Road in the Tunstall Election District. The recommendation passed 6–0.
Planning staff and the applicants were present; Robert Harris with Clayton Holmes, from Reedsville attended on the Hernandezs’ behalf as well. No members of the public signed up to speak on the case. The staff summary accompanying the packet cited Section 35-2-23 of the Pennsylvania County Code as the basis for a public hearing.
The commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Zoning Appeals for final action.
