Committee recommends approval of restaurant liquor license transfer for Belafuoco

The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council approve the transfer of a restaurant liquor license for the business at 2115 Warren Avenue, to Pothos Business LLC doing business as Belafuoco.
The recommendation came after a staff report from City Clerk Kylie Soden saying the application had been reviewed by applicable city departments and the Wyoming Liquor Division and that “requirements for the application have been met.” A commercial broker representing the transaction, Jim Weaver, told the committee he could answer questions on the transfer.
There was no public comment. Council committee members moved and seconded the recommendation; the committee voted by voice to forward approval to the full council on Monday.
