The Token Industrial Development Authority voted to decline exercise of a right of first refusal regarding property owned by Fishing Hole Holdings LLC in part of Lots 7 and 8, Block 24 of the original townsite of Atoka.
Authority members met in executive session to discuss the right of first refusal as allowed by state statute and returned to open session to record a motion and vote. A trustee moved “to not exercise the right of first refusal concerning property owned by Fishing Hole Holdings LLC” and the motion was seconded and approved by roll call; recorded votes were in the affirmative by all trustees present.
