Claire said the meeting is open to the public and that the group hopes to identify solutions.
As part of the meeting, the board moved into a closed session citing G.S. 143-318.11 regarding personnel. The board made a motion to enter closed session and the motion carried on a voice vote; the board later returned to open session.
