PJ Sorensen, assistant director of development services, reported that earlier preliminary-plat approval (Resolution 62-26, Sept. 3, 2024) contained 36 conditions; staff found that all conditions for Phase 4A had been met or adequately addressed and recommended council approval of the final plat and the associated subdivision improvement agreement. Councilor Dowd moved the approval; Councilor Hunter seconded, and the motion passed by roll call with all councilors voting aye.
Ending: The approval allows the developer to proceed with final lot recording and subsequent building permits, subject to the standard final-plat requirements and the subdivision improvement agreement held by the city.
