During discussion a supervisor confirmed that rental of the community room would be charged separately from bridal or full‑venue rentals and that staff would no longer include setup as part of the rental fee; staff will require on‑site staffing for events as described in the updated policy. The board voted to adopt the policy as presented and directed staff to implement changes beginning Oct. 1 to protect parties already on the calendar.
