Staff summarized the compliance review and presented a revised plat. After brief board discussion confirming the outstanding recommendations were standard for a final plat, Board Member Barnes moved to approve the plat subject to staff recommendations; Board Member Wilson seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The board did not take any additional land-use actions tied to the plat at the meeting. No public comment on the item was recorded during the meeting.
The approval completes phase 1 final-platting steps described in the staff report; any subsequent engineering, building permitting or homeowners association formation steps will proceed under the city’s plat and permitting processes.
