A commissioner moved to raise the fine to $2,500 before proceeding to condemnation; the motion carried 3-0. Staff said the county will send the bill and continue follow-up before taking any demolition or condemnation action. The board did not direct staff to pursue immediate condemnation during the meeting; commissioners asked staff to continue billing and follow-up efforts under the increased fine schedule.
