Council members on Aug. 5 noted that bill BL2025906, which would have amended several sections of the Metropolitan Code to increase administrative permit fees, has been withdrawn and will not be considered by the council at this time.

The chair introduced the bill on the docket and council members said the measure had already been withdrawn in two committees. One council member said, "This bill has been withdrawn in 2 committees," and the item was not pursued further on the floor.

No committee report or final vote on the ordinance was recorded at the meeting. The council clerk and sponsor will follow committee procedures if the bill is refiled.
