Staff said the state requires recording within 60 days after adoption and that the item had previously been delayed due to an owner’s representative leaving their office.
Councilmembers said the change made sense from an infrastructure standpoint, noted they have been working on the adjustment for years, and moved to approve the ordinance. A roll call vote recorded unanimous approval: Jeanne Simmons, Ernesto, Mark and Mike all voted aye. Ordinance 25‑10 passes.
