JOE, Fla. — The Port St. Joe City Commission on Aug. 5 approved multiple routine measures, including a $300,000 legislative grant administered through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for restroom improvements at George Cora Park, a zoning map change for Gulf Coast State College property and a contingent property purchase to expand downtown parking.
City attorney staff introduced Resolution 2025‑11, which authorizes the city manager to enter an agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to accept a legislative appropriation for restrooms at George Cora Park.
