A staff member said that if the requested access is on the east end of the property and lies entirely within the owner's parcel, county approval was not required, but that UDOT would dictate grade and design standards for a state road access.
Mullins said the parcel address is 400 North 1100 West and that she is working with UDOT on precise location. Commissioners asked staff to continue coordinating with Mullins and UDOT to confirm any county permits or grading requirements.
