Commissioners authorize formation of Millard County 'Utah 250' committee and permit application for federal bicentennial grant

A commissioner moved and another seconded to approve the resolution (packet referenced a resolution number in draft); a voice vote approved the motion. Staff said they will return with committee membership and proposed projects to use any grant funds.
