After a motion by Mr. Dodd and a second by Mr. Bray the board voted to accept the minutes and to approve the Swisher Subdivision.
Dirks Subdivision: The board accepted the Dirks Subdivision, a two‑acre lot. Phillips said soil borings require a mound septic or a similar above‑ground system; the perimeter drain will put daylight on the lot. Mr. Dodd moved to accept; Mr. O'Leary seconded the motion and the board approved the plat.
Jarvis Addition: Surveyor Ron Wherry (Moses Surveying) presented a one‑lot Jarvis Addition. Phillips noted the parcel’s topography drains northwest to an open ditch and that a swale/perimeter analysis found no requirement for a perimeter tile on this lot. The board voted to accept the Jarvis Addition following a motion by Mr. Byram and a second by Mr. Bray.
