Aug. 4, 2025 — The Town of Alton Capital Improvement Program Committee opened its Aug. 4 meeting, approved the agenda as amended to add appointment of officers, and appointed Frank Rich as chair and Pat O’Brien as vice chair.
The committee approved the amended agenda, which added the appointment of a chair and vice chair as the first agenda item. Following nominations and a second, committee members approved the appointments by voice vote.
The appointments were administrative and did not change the committee’s scope of work; the committee proceeded to review last year’s CIP plan and to schedule follow-up meetings with department heads.
Staff will record the updated committee roster and notify the Town Clerk.
