Deborah Bechtel, interim county manager, summarized the amendments and said they reflect recently awarded grants and required budget adjustments. She told the board Amendment No. 3 increases budgets for multiple public-health grants, including an infrastructure workforce-development award and funds for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
